Noob question (Korg Toneworks AX1500G)

Hi,

I've been trying to find patches online to get an Edge type sound for my Korg Toneworks AX1500G. Searching online brings up very little at all, let alone U2. I've found a couple for songs like The Fly and Streets but not much else. Does anyone have any they can share, or point me in the right direction?

Hi, if you don't find patches any for your toneworks, then maybe you could download the axe fx editor or the line 6 hd edit programme, disect the patches that are posted here and then translate them for your pedal.

lol I am trying to get the a3 into my fly but the stock patch (is it 47?) sounds way too harsh.

@bigtim, have those parameters too! Works with my gear anyway....BTW look into the FB group docs, I think there's something for the Fly too...At least the preset/chain to start with...for solo you have to use another chain BTW

I saw the programme numbers (main tone and solo) at the bottom of the MW doc, but if there is more detail that will be great.

There are no descent U2 presets for a korg AX series what so ever.
I got a AX3000G and i had to build every preset from scratch. the 2 presets i did found sounded like crap. so with every song it's changing parameters till you drop :P

I think bigtim is right.
The only way is to listen carefully Michael's tutorial , and load HD500 preset in editor to have an idea how they are build.
After that, you'll have to make with the effect in your AX1500G.
