    hmmm... i was very interested in that judgement call. I don't hear any tambourine similarities, as the article says, but the bassline and the guitar part do ring a bell in my ears. And tbh I find the timing ridiculously coincidential. This guy sends a demo in 1989, which was apparently exactly the time of the AB working tapes.
    But I am sure, the judge ('s counselors) put a lot more into that, than my untrained ears and a YT video.
    and after the weirdness of the one-republic video of summer of love, nothing surprises me anymore in this regard.
