Best "small" format for uploading to sound cloud

What format do people find an acceptable small file format for uploading to Soundcloud? High Qual Audio is soooo many mb it takes a long time to upload.

What do people find works best for them?

in reaper there are sooo many options to encoding stuff I thought i would ask. Looks like i'll be downloading the mp3 dll's to create mp3. Are there any values you particularly use?

For Soundcloud I just use 192Kps MP3's and find they are fine for that purpose.
