US unit convert to European unit. - 110v to 220 v.

    Hello,

I've got two American units to 110 v.

I have them connected to a 110 v Furman rack, this one to a transformer.

To lighten the gear I've thought about changing the transformer racks to 220 v.

These are two delays Kord SDD 2000.

I tried searching for information but had no luck.

    I would appreciate any information.

    Greetings.

It can be done, but you need to buy 2 new powertransformers for the SDD, unless the A3 which can be rewired to 230volts. You need the TB 802 transformer for 230 volts SDD2000. If I were you I wouldn't do it just for saving some weight in the rack, also you have to find those transformers (17watts), I bet they are not easily to find

    It´s hard to find.

    Slemmons...

"WE DO CONVERSIONS FROM 220/240 TO UNIVERSAL VOLTAGE!! that means your SDD3k could work with ANY voltage from 94 volts to 263 volts with no switches or mods. JUST PLUG IT IN! ...$350.00 repair service included!"

    With 3K... and tooooo expensive!!!

    I don´t find the TB 802 transformer (240 v) on web. The units have the TA 802 (100 v.)

Yes, I've got one. But only one unfortunately. I bought some to Slemmons a few years ago to convert US units to European specifications. So one left. Interested ?
